Case Study: Miss S. Osman

[HINT]"account3 has been fantastic; I had no qualifications when I first went there. The classes were all women and the atmosphere is very good. They encourage you and make you believe you can do it. The support has been very helpful, all of the staff take time to listen and I have learnt such a lot.

When I started working it was difficult to fit everything in so account3 opened on Saturdays for a study group where we had access to the computers, a teacher and books, this was great because without it we would never have been able to work and study at the same time.

They helped me to get work through an agency. I was pleased to get work, but it was hard working for an agency, they just send you everywhere, one day Dulwich next day Epping, lots of travel and not so much money but I gained so much experience from working at different types of settings in different teams. Once I had experience they helped me to apply for a job in a school. I have been in that job for 3 years and I love it. Since I started working I have learnt to drive, I passed my test and am saving for a car. Life is good. In the future I hope to study for a degree in early years or become a teacher but for now I am pleased to be able to work doing something I love"[/HINT]
